The first Allmaps Public Convening—a free, virtual, two-day event—focused on collections, research, and educational uses of the Allmaps software ecosystem—was held on November 18 and 19, 2024.

Day 2 of the Convening was a virtual conversation among curators. library professionals, and representatives from various geohumanities projects.
